The begining of the tour will be in Iasi city, fot those who stay in Bucharest we can get to Iasi by plane, the car transportation will take more than 6 hours so you understand why we like to fly internal 😊
Iași, is the capital in terms of economic and cultural activities for the entire province for hundreds of years. First step will be to visit Palace of Culture with griffins, dragons, vultures, and lions, as well as the clock tower and Metropolitan Cathedral.
The list of monasteries is long but please be patient, all these monastaries are the Mecca or Vatican of Romania, very old and authentic with huge stories to tell.
Agapia, Neamt Citadell, Voronet Monastery, Wooden towers at Bârsana Monastery, Sighisoara medieval City , the only inhabited Medieval City in Eastern Europe, with more than 100 national monuments (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The first Germanic settlers arrived here in 1191 and the town is first mentioned in a document from 1280. The Fortified Church of Viscri and Prejmer Citadel, Brasov Black Church and coming back to Bucharest.
